Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We always enjoy Capital Grille Restaurant. The food is excellent and the the servers are happy and upbeat. It’s a great place to go for a special occasion. It’s always a great time.

    The service was absolutely top-notch from the moment we walked in the front door until we left. We celebrated our grandson’s ninth birthday and they make it special. I would say the noise level overall is quiet. We just had a table of four nearby that was impolitely loud. We will be back!

    Another GREAT experience at the Capital Grill. Brian and James were terrific and the food was outstanding. The tenderloin and lobster tails was simply fabulous. Thank You!

    Reservation for Friday night. Seated in the bar. Food and service as expected (excellent). However, waiting patrons stood around our table (marked as reserved) and crowded us to the point that we could barely talk across the table. As we were celebrating a birthday, this made the ambiance rather uncomfortable.
