The Carillon is a New American restaurant featuring familiar food with a refined twist. The Carillon provides a sophisticated and approachable dining experience for all occasions. Our culinary team masterfully creates dishes with local, fresh, and seasonal produce and organic, grass-fed or free-range proteins. The Carillon offers ‘a la Carte’ or 3-course dinner for $45 tasting menu, which can be skillfully paired with award-winning wines.

Located at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center on the campus of The University of Texas at Austin, The Carillon delivers an impressive and memorable experience. Complimentary self-parking in the Conference Center Garage. Bring your ticket to be validated. We look forward to seeing you soon.

                                        The ambiance was great from the entry lobby to the seating area. The service was very good although we had to ask another wait staff to ask our server to could by so I could order another glass of wine. The prix fixe menu selection options were good but not great because there was no vegeterian option. However, I'm sure there are options on the regular menu.

                                        Great food at affordable price. Never too busy and it’s quite so you can actually have a meaningful conversation. The only observation to make is regarding service. I have been to this place multiple times over the years and service was so polished and always impeccable. The last visit it was not the same experience. Stuff was making an effort but probably lacked experience so it showed in fine details.

                                        The food is always consistent and delicious. The Sea Bass is an outstanding entree! I had the duck entree and the Chef was able to make it Gluten Free with minor adjustments. We love the ambiance and the attentive wait staff. The is a real hidden gem in a hotel just off MLK on the UT campus! We had to make a theatre time and they were very accommodating on getting the food out timely.
