At Carini's you cannot get any more authentic than being in Sicily. In fact Peter, owner/chef, comes from Sicily and takes pride in all that he prepares. Many of the dishes are prepared the same way his mother cooked them. He uses the freshest ingredients and can customize any dish to your liking. His expanse menu offers 5 kinds of spiedini, seafood, pasta, chicken, veal, vegetarian, appetizers including calamari, octopus salad, antipasto plates and much more. He has many imported desserts plus his homemade tiramisu, cannolis and casatta, a yellow cake infused with rum and filled with cannoli filling and glazed. Peter also sells his spaghetti and marinara sauce, garlic olive oil and seasoned salt from the restaurant as well as gift baskets. All of the products can be shipped anywhere in the US. The restaurant can accomodate parties of any size up to 140 people.

    We cater up to 100 people. We supply food and serving equipment and remove when dinner is done. Menu customized to your liking and pricing negotiable. You deal directly with owner so there is less room for confusion.

If you have more than the banquet room can accommodate, we can offer the entire restaurant exclusively up to 140 people. You are allowed to bring in your own entertainment with the banquet room only. Patios do not allow room for entertainment. We offer buffet dining. family style dining and sit down. Our banquet menus offer a variety of options with flexible pricing.     Peter and Jan have been lifelong friends. Peter and I worked together at another establishment years ago. He brings his history of being born in Sicily with him here. It doesn’t matter what you order. Everything will be wonderful. When you are seated, you feel as if you were in Sicily enjoying the authentic food. The fact that Carinis has been there for almost 30 years should tell you something. Carinis will not disappoint.

    wait staff brought our bread and utensils and told us about the 1/2 wine. I had to ask for the wine menu as none was brought to the table. The bread was not served warm. The muscles were not as many that was served on a Saturday night. Also the sauce was not as good.I spill the parm cheese by accident, the table was watery from the muscles. I alerted the wait staff, but no one came clean it off. My husband's conca d'oro was good but not as good as previously ordered. Who was the chef last night? It wasn't the Dad.

    Another fantastic meal. We "found" Carini's this winter and it has quickly become of very favorite Italian food in the State. Fantastic service, (Santo was really, really great on this visit) outstanding food (we love the pizza, spiedini and penne ala vodka) and all with a homey feel. The owners have been there every time we've visited and the are so kind and approachable. Try them out - you will not be disappointed.

    The food was amazing! The pizza was the best I ever had and I had a shrimp pasta dish with an amazing white sauce. The owner even came over and talked with us and his story is really cool. Very authentic food and ambience

    We waited about 45 minutes for our pasta dishes. The restaurant is not very busy tonight but it is Sunday, and the waiter mentioned this is the last day of the week they're open. We wanted to order pizza and the waiter said they are out of pizza for the night but he didn't tell us until about 30 minutes after we were sitting. Also, we asked for no shrimp in the tortellini dish we ordered but they gave us shrimp anyway. The food tasted fine otherwise but I probably won't be coming back.

    It was our first time there and we didn't know what to expect. We didn't have reservations, but they got us a place at the bar. It was wonderful. The hostess Kate was fantastic. The steak Sicilian and the Lasagna were superb. The cocktails were perfectly crafted. We will definitely be back soon!

    A tremendously underrated restaurant! We had an absolutely delicious dinner (perfect rack of lamb, Caesar salad, chocolate cannoli) and Isabella was an absolutely terrific server. It was not inexpensive, but we received good value for our money. We left totally satisfied, with rare but blissful sense that we’d had just the right amount of delicious food and drink. Carini’s makes no attempt to be edgy or au courant. It’s a traditional place which has learned how to do things right and sticks with it.
