Carmine's is a family style restaurant offering exceptional value to its guests through the many dishes of Southern Italian cuisine. Restaurateur Artie Cutler crafted Carmine's with a singular vision; bringing his guests abundant portions and making any meal feel like an Italian American wedding feast. Platters of made to order pasta, decadent seafood or meat entrees, and of course homemade desserts are all staples at Carmine's, meant for sharing among friends and family. When great food and wine are supported by friendly and knowledgeable service, the results are magic - we want every day to feel like a Sunday afternoon at Grandma's!

We are open for Indoor & Outdoor Dining, Pick-up, Delivery, Catering and Private Parties. Your safety is our priority. DC no longer requires proof of vaccination to dine indoors. Indoor & Outdoor dining are available.

Our particular server wasn’t great. There were several SAs and other servers that helped us out greatly !!

Service was excellent. Food portions were family style and they were HUGE! Our Caprese Salad was incredible and our shrimp scampi over angel hair pasta and vodka penna was delicious. Prompt and attentive service. It was a fabulous dining experience.

Huge family style portions. Veal parm was ok. Ordered chicken scarpiello which was basically Fried chicken. No spice, not a scarpiello by any measure

We had a reservation when we arrived, we were sat immediately and our server greeted us quickly and guided us through the menu. This is a truly family style restaurant so come hungry. Food arrived in a timely manner the food is full of flavor.

Never could find server. Water rarely refilled. Finished eating at 6:30 could not get finalized as extra drinks were added to our bill. Missed first 5 minutes of hockey game! Been 15 other times no issues. Just a rare occurrence, but frustrating!

The best. My wife grew up a block from their 91st st location and it’s always our go to place the few times a year that we visit her parents. Being that we’ve lived in the DMV for a year we decided to see if this was close, and zero disappointment. The best Caesar salad. The best penne a la vodka. The best chicken parm. Going to start increasing how often we visit
