   El servicio super excelente, deveras excelente. La comida bastante bien, pero un poco cara para el nivel de calidad (muy buena nivel pero un poco mas cara del nivel), sin embargo bastante buena. El chef le esta echando muchas ganas y en el futuro será uno de los mejores de Mex..

   Outstanding evening. Food was excellent in both presentation and flavor and compares favorably to Michelin star restaurants we have been to. The wine pairing was better than expected and enhanced the flavors. The food was true to its Mexican heritage with beautiful and fun presentation. The flavors were distinctive but not overpowering. The service was friendly and engaging and presented the dishes clearly and answered our questions. Very fun and delicious evening. Will definitely return!

   Beautiful experience. From the view to our service, it is amazing. The chefs define the culinary experience and Mexican culture. I was truly blown away by the experience.

   Amazing! The setting was so nice on the patio and the service was just impeccable. The food was thoughtfully prepared and presented. We loved every course of the six course prix fixed menu. It is pricy, for two it ran about $330 usd after tip, but it's a great place to go if you want splurge on a nice romantic meal. I definitely would go back.

   If you are looking to be ‘WOW’ed and having a spectacular dinning experience, Carolina is the place to be. With 3 different tasting menus, there is much to choose from. We enjoyed the 6-course tasting menu. We were attended by Alberto and Ezekiel. They were amazing. Alberto shared a bit of background about the restaurant and the menu, where Ezekiel made sure the menu was tailored to our liking. They were very attentive, courteous and great hosts. The chocolate caviar to celebrate the birthday was the best surprise of the night. Thank you Chef and Team.

    The service at Carolina is enough reason to go back. Eduardo and all of the staff are so incredible, passionate and kind. The food was fantastic and the view before it got dark was great to watch the sunset. Highly recommend even if you’re not staying at St Regis.
