Carpaccio Ristorante, with its upbeat modern dining room and bar, in the heart of Niagara Falls offers guests the most memorable Italian Cuisine for the whole family. Our menu focuses on the true simple flavours of Italian food. The emphasis is on freshness with seasonal ingredients delivered to our doors daily. Our chefs use traditional techniques to create dishes with modern appeal!

                                                                    Tuesday date night special is a great value at $79.99 for a couple. Salad / entre and dessert for each person with a bottle of wine to share. Only minor issue - Caesar salad had little to no dressing on it. Make sure to ask for extra dressing - other than that - everything was great including server Joe.

                                                                    We went to celebrate 2 birthdays close together. The food was OUTSTANDING! Would return again in a heartbeat! Our guests were from out of country and they enjoyed themselves completely. Thank you so much for this memory!

                                                                    Our food was excellent as was the wine. Our server was attentive but not overly so. A nice slice of cheesecake (and three forks) for my friend’s birthday.

                                                                    The food was great from appetizers to main meal. The ambience was perfect and the serve was on point. Everything from meal service to drinks were on point. I would recommend for a quaint or celebration occassion

                                                                    Had a great dinner. We were about to leave when Danny brought us out a nice surprise dessert as we had gotten married a few months back and hadn’t seen him since. Always a great time and excellent service

                                                                    We had the chicken parm and both the pasta and chicken were dry. Extremely disappointing. I dont think even a side of sauce would have fixed it. Timing of the server just didn't allow us to say somethings so I provided the feedback to the waitress as we left. Expensive price for truly poor italien food. Won't go back. Service was good however. Lovely waitress.
