The ribs were, as always, excellent; and they should be at nearly $40 per slab. However, we ordered a Caesar salad that had grated Parmesan that you buy at any grocery store instead of real parmesan cheese bits that all good restaurants serve. It was like a boig bowl of romaine lettuce and 4 croutons. Not up to par for this type of restaurant- and $13 to boot. We will more than likely continue to do carry out from Carsons rather than going there to eat. We'll make our own salad!!

Thanks for sharing feedback. We're pleased you enjoy Carson’s excellent award-winning ribs. Upon review, we note ONE $13 Caesar Salad shared between your table of four with Caesar on and extra Caesar on side. As such, croutons get divided up. However, Carson’s 1977 signature homemade family recipes won’t be further altered per your request to accommodate different cheese styles. It’s disappointing our beloved original recipes aren’t "up to your par." Complete rib dinners are $25 (1/2) and $37 (full), respectively, inclusive of homemade coleslaw and generous side. Per your request, the check total was also divided up. We understand your decision to continue with carry-out and hope to have the chance to impress you with other salads in the future. Your continued patronage is appreciated.

It had been quite a few years since I dined at Carson‘s. Had an early dinner reservation the inside and outside of the restaurant has been redone. Much better more modern very comfortable seating. Our waiter was amazing. Food was excellent. Definitely will go back again.

Had a very enjoyable and delicious dinner last Nite with my brothers. we get together once a month and the consensus choice is to meet at Carsons, the food is delicious and a verity of options but what "makes it" is the service. Last nite we had the pleasure of Leticia as our server. spot on with everything and anticipate our needs. Never disappoints

Always great! Best drinks! Great bar! Great pour! Barbecue sauce is beyond the best! Try the brisket, half chicken, and the salads are amazing! Ribs are special, for sure & perfect! Eat at the bar- don’t miss any games! It’s a favorite of ours and has been for many years! Check in with Tony or John! Open Table is the way to go!
