They probably have the best food and menu in all of Palm Beach County, however, we had a 7:30 reservation and called to say we were running late. My first call left me on hold for 5 full minutes. My second call was answered immediately. When we arrived at 7:50 we were kept waiting for over 45 minutes before we were seated. No apology. The restaurant was full and so noisy I couldn’t even hear the waiter read the specials. I will probably never go back on a Saturday night again, nor will I go in season. We have been on other nights off season and it was wonderful. Overbooking and ignoring reservations do not sit well with me. I could accept a ten minute wait but for almost an hour it was not acceptable

I had the pork chop special It was tough and hard as a rock Pasta marinara also not good Supposed to bring chunks of parmigiana with olives and bruschetta as a courtesy Parmigiana pieces were missing I requested them and waiter said something about allergy issues, but promptly brought them out and they were tiny bits.

My wife and I were celebrating and had very much looked forward to this dinning experience. The freebie hors d’oeuvres had bruschetta which was served on soggy bread. I had the vitello Milanese and my wife had spinach and cheese raviolis. My dish was well prepared and an enormous portion. I enjoyed it very much. My wife’s ravioli was served on a very hot plate but the ravioli was lukewarm and the sauce was gummy. My wife told the server about the ravioli and she offered to have another plate brought out. My wife declined and the server had that dish taken off the bill. The service was good. I thought the value as average. I did not like the ambiance. Tables close together and very noisy.

Overall a very poor experience. Service was not good and the food was mediocre at best. They brought us soggy bruschetta, the cacio pepe dish was flavorless and the stuffed pork chop was tough and dry. Couldn’t wait to leave

Christmas dinner with my adult children after flying in from out of town. Stunned by the level of service, food quality and overall superb hospitality on such a busy evening. True pros. Best octopus, calamari and bolognese we’ve had in such a long time. Wine service was perfection. Santiago, our server, the best. Highly recommend
