Casa Rustica is Boone"s authentic Italian restaurant since 1981. We offer a wide selection of entrees including fresh pastas, chicken, veal, seafood and steaks. Our nightly specials complement our menu and our homemade desserts are not to be missed. Visit the La Bouca Lounge where the menu offers original sandwiches and flat-bread pizzas. Casa Rustica provides a cozy atmosphere in a log cabin setting. Come for romantic fireside dining or bring the whole family and enjoy our friendly and prompt service.

Good very good and open to additions and changes. First true anti pasta I have had in ages. Nice rustic ambiance but lighting poor and somewhat glaring. Prices higher than on Open Table menu but not overpriced. Need to update the posted prices. Looking forward to going back and trying other dishes. Large variety.

I would say my dining experience was just ok. Everything was fine just nothing special. The place seem d tired and dark! The food was average at best.

I have been here every year for our ski trip for the last 8 years. This year we made reservations and brought another family with us. We raved about the food and what a great restaurant. Very disappointed and embarrassed we had the experience we did. The French onion soup was something I bragged to our friends about. It was not the same at all barely any onions and made with chicken broth. My husband ordered a steak topped with scallops. The steak was way over cooked. They offered to make him a new one. It took a very long time for it to come out like to the point everyone was done eating and waiting for the bill. Pasta dishes that were orders were just ok. The eggplant parm was great. Just overall feel like the quality of food and services has declined greatly.

First time here. There’s a reason this place has been here 40 years. Old school mountain cabin feel. Food made with passion. Service top notch.

Visited 1 year ago and the food was great, as well as the service. This time we waited a lot to place our orders and our waitress seemed busy or distracted, the arancini were good, the bruschetta and calamari so so, we were told the portions were big, and we ordered some plates to share like the chicken saltimboca, the chicken parmigiana , but when we got the plates they were actually small and not enough to share for two people. Nothing special with the risotto neither. Finally, we were looking to have the Crepes Gran Marnier that we tried 1 year ago and were great, this time the crepe was cold, not well prepared. Too bad we were a party of 8 and the gratuity was already applied, they did not deserve it.

The service was excellent. The live music was very tasteful and added to the experience. The Ribeye and pasta were some of the best around. Perfectly cooked and well plated. The caesar salad and brussels sprouts were a little bland, but it's probably more preference than anything else. We were impressed overall and definitely plan on returning soon!
