   Food was good however the service was disappointing. I’m not one for long reviews but I want to tell my experience. Our server took a while coming to our table and then came over hurriedly, didn’t greet us, just said “What are we doing tonight?” I was a little confused because typically a server will ask if anyone wants something to drink. To answer to his question I said, “I’m fine with water for now.” to which the server then said, “What do you want for dinner?“ He didn’t even try to ask if we wanted appetizers or let us know if they were any specials. So my husband and I ordered our food and it came to the table 7 minutes later. Everything felt very rushed. The server came over once and literally just said “Good?” And then walked away. He came over to clear our plates and dropped the check. We were in and out 45 minutes and not of our own accord. Sadly this was our first impression of this restaurant that we had been excited to try.

   We had an amazing experience tonight! The food was delicious and our server Madicyn was spectacular. She was very sweet, welcoming and professional.

   While the food was good, the dining experience was not. We felt very rushed (from the time we were seated to paying our bill was 40 min), which is not what we expected from a fine dining establishment. The excuse given was "our kitchen is very fast". When dining at a higher end restaurant, the timing of service should be considered to give patrons a better experience.

   I love this restaurant but...went to eat there yesterday, on Easter. Was not happy with my Scaloppini di Vitello ai Porcinii. Two of us ordered it and we both thought the dish was a bit tasteless. The sauce was like a bland beef gravy, the veal was a bit dry and tough. Very disappointing, especially since we go there for special occasions. The other three were ok with what they ordered. Definitely would not order that again. Our waiter was wonderful.

   Another great meal. Kat our server was wonderful. Lamb and Tuna both highly recommended. A great local place that is great to bring company or fir just a bite with your spouse.

   The food was mediocre at best. The staff and service were excellent but we were a little disappointed with all of our meals.

   My husband and I are residents of Venice, FL, and have enjoyed dining for the past three years at Caassarisno restaurant. That said, we were very disappointed tonight when we received our bill at the end of our meal and found that the restaurant management added a 3% service charge for customers using a credit card. This is a new practice, and is seen as a personal insult to us as regular customers. If the restaurant's owners want additional money, I sugggest they consider a less offensive solution. They could simply add an appropriate amount to the menu prices. We consider the addition of this charge to the customer's bill offensive. I believe if this practice is not discontinued, many loyal customers, such as my friends and I, will not continue to dine at Cassariano.
