Cassarino's Ristorante on Historic Federal Hill has established itself as one of Rhode Island's premiere Italian eateries since 1988. We combine a Northern Italian flavor with new world cuisine. Our ingredients are delivered fresh daily from local purveyors under the watchful eyes of our culinary team.

    Food didn’t have very much flavor very bland, shrimp scampi and clams casino. Way overpriced for portion size. Not sure we will be back. Entertainment was excellent. Seemed everyone was having a good time.

    I wanted to box my own leftovers, the waitress didn’t even let me finish talking and took my food back to the kitchen. I do not like my leftovers going back in the kitchen to be boxed. They should Let the customers choose their preference.

    The restaurant, menu, food, wait staff, and staff were outstanding! It was a great dining experience and we will definitely be back!

    Great dinner again! Steak night was great, prepared well. Crème Brûlée had a little too much sugar topping so it was soft instead of crisp, but the flavor was good. Service was excellent.

    I had the salmon over risotto... it was cooked perfectly! Our waitress was a pro. a great choice to have dinner before heading to the PC Friars game.

    A great lunch with several friends. The food was good and the atmosphere relaxed. Our waiter Nicholas was great!

    I was so excited to return to a favorite restaurant with a friend. I was very disappointed in the dish we both ordered. The scallops were excellent, but the risotto was very dry, lumpy and quite salty. The service is excellent as usual>

    Cassarino’s is the best on Federal Hill. Food is amazing! My only complaint is that the valet is an absolute mess!

    Food was fantastic. Service was great right to the valet team. We started our meal with the house bread and oil, which were absolutely delicious. We washed those down with a glass of house Chianti. We had adequate time to enjoy the bread and wine before our dinner arrived. My wife and I both had pasta dishes. I had bracciola and she had the chicken cassalinga. Both were outstanding. The marinara was slow cooked and made me think of my Nana’s sauce. Overall, a wonderful dinner before our show at PPAC.
