My sister and I went to Catches for Christmas, as we both had to work. The serve was impeccable. We can’t say enough about our server. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was incredible. We both could sit there enjoying our drinks to unwind from our work day. A man came over to inquire if everything was ok. I’m not sure if he was an owner, but his attentiveness to our meal, just made the night perfect. We will be back.

I was disappointed in the food quality. I was hoping it would be like the Thanksgiving buffet, but it wasn’t. Ham was dry and prime rib was overly done. I would have preferred turkey, stuffing and gravy. I thought I saw somewhere that you would have the bourbon glazed salmon on the buffet, but I guess I was mistaken.

The meal in general was very good love the brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, green beans and the shrimp. But the prime rib was too overdone and tough. I had trouble with chewing it and that’s what I really wanted. Most of all was your prime rib even the second piece that had some pink next to it was tough. Need to do better on your prime rib. Desserts did not impress me very much. You could tell they were all basically frozen premade. overall, the meal was pretty good. Just need some more work on it. I know it was your first holiday buffet this year, but I know you work out the kinks for next year just think about investing in better desserts, and work on that prime rib get a better cut or somehow marinate it so it’s more tender. We may see you again next year just not sure.
