The Cedar Hollow Inn has been a local favorite for over 18 years. The building, which was built in the mid 1800's, lends an old-fashioned charm to an unpretentious atmosphere.

Chef Stephen Guiseppe of the Culinary Institute of America adds personal flair and imagination to a delectable menu of American Continental dishes. The daily Chef's Specials are creative and unpredictable, energetically inspired an hour or so before the menu is finalized.

Indulge yourself, family and friends to a casual fine dining experience in any of the three dining rooms, including an enclosed sun porch and a large bar area. Tucked away in the middle of everywhere, the Cedar Hollow offers an experience that keeps you coming back.

We have been going to Cedar Hollow Inn for over 20 years. The restaurant has always been very quaint and a nice place to dine. However, in recent years the food quality has fallen down. We ordered the roasted duck and the grilled salmon Oscar. I would not recommend the Duck, though not greasy it missed the mark on flavor, it was obvious that it had been cooked many hours before and reheated before serving. The accompanying rice was dry and hard, and the asparagus was undercooked. The salmon Oscar was a mediocre meal with the mashed potatoes being the best part of the dish and it is the kind of meal best served dinner. To top this, you pay top dollar for each of these dishes. Not worth the price. Did the chef change?

The food and service was amazing. I had bottomless mimosas. The omelet was so good. The best part was the dessert had no plans on getting. The presentation of options was so enticing. After the 1st bite of the Creme Brule, I regret NOTHING! It was SOOOOO delicious. 😋 And my server, Nanci was wonderful.

Wonderful dinner at Cedar Hollow Inn on Saturday evening. The Mushroom Bisque was so yummy. Everyone enjoyed entrees including Prime Rib, Blackened New York Strip, Shrimp Risotto and Braised Short Rib. To top off the experience, our server, Joe, was warm and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Wonderful celebration birthday lunch for a friend! Waitress graciously answered questions, made recommendations and even let me sample a couple of wines to make a decision. The only thing that would have improved the experience was would have been a more quiet atmosphere. We were in a room off of the bar area where the Eagles game was on so sometimes it was a bit difficult to hear what another was saying during conversations. Folks at the bar were into the game. If we’d been in the same room I’m sure the noise level would have been much worse.

I've always said that one of the things that makes a great restaurant experience is the service/server coming to the table. Last night meeting Mimi was one of those moments, she was extremely personable and friendly. I haven't been in Cedar Hollow Inn over the past few years and that's my fault and one that I'm quickly going to correct. We're looking forward to coming back and will make sure we get a table with Mimi. Thank you, Ian
