Pull up a seat and step back in time. Our Champagne bar overlooks Central Station and evokes the golden age of travel, with a sash of style and lashings of charm.

For those feeling peckish, food is fine, flavoursome, and focuses on small plates and sharing boards. Afternoon tea has a special place on the menu and is – of course – best taken with a glass of Champagne. Breakfast is also served in Champagne Central, for residents and non-residents alike.

Awarded the Best Hotel Bar in Glasgow at the 2019 Best Bar None awards.

    Terrible. Asked for quiet table online. Restaurant was empty except for a group of men. Who we were then sat next to. We asked if we could be moved and we’re told no, that all seats were reserved. The whole time we were there, no one came in. We had to listen to loud chatting directly next to us. Rude staff Cold Do not recommend

    On a busy evening the week before Christmas, we were accommodated at a large table, and adding to the numbers on the night wasn't a problem to the staff present. We were grateful to have a table in the room adjacent to the bar, where we could still feel the lively bar atmosphere but it was peaceful enough to hear our conversations. The food and drinks were served promptly and were of high quality. We appreciated the selection of small plates, which created a more relaxed vibe instead of a formal meal. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality venue in the heart of the city, and we hope to return again soon.

    Very busy night being before Christmas however the staff were lovely and our server I wish I could remember her name was lovely and very professional. Food was great steaks delicious. Been before will be back and would recommend!

    Fantastic service, staff are wonderful. Would have been nice to have a few more “fancier” vegan cake options compared to the regular afternoon tea, but overall very good

    Booked the Wowcher afternoon tea which was great. We decided to treat ourselves to a chocolate orange espresso martini which was made to perfection. The staff were genuinely friendly, very helpful and efficient.
