Pull up a seat and step back in time. Our Champagne bar overlooks Central Station and evokes the golden age of travel, with a sash of style and lashings of charm.

For those feeling peckish, food is fine, flavoursome, and focuses on small plates and sharing boards. Afternoon tea has a special place on the menu and is – of course – best taken with a glass of Champagne. Breakfast is also served in Champagne Central, for residents and non-residents alike.

Awarded the Best Hotel Bar in Glasgow at the 2019 Best Bar None awards.

    From the moment we entered Champagne Central we were well attended to.The staff were excellent friendly attentive and very polite.The little sandwiches were very nice and my favourite bit the cakes and scones were amazing.My wife had the Bellini cocktails and I had a pint of Asahi.We also had choices of coffee and tea. Overall an excellent experience well worth a try.

    Not enough staff to deal with fully booked Afternoon Tea. Asked 2 members of staff 3 times for a pot of tea and 30mins later I got it. Ridiculous. No idea what was on the cake stand as the waitress never told us as she thumped it on the table. Veggie sandwhich is two slices of brown bread with cheese slice on it and cut in 2 large triangles, touching the small prawn cocktail roll. Hardly the attention to detail you expect from such an establishment. Disaster to be honest. Positives - Toilets are spotless and the bus stop is right outside to get you away from this disappointing adventure. Save your money and go somewhere else.

    Attended today, service was good, but do think the food was a little disappointing, we had one pregnant & one vegetarian. The vegetarian options could have been better. Options were taken away but not replaced with something else, which meant the value was not worth it. Would return to champagne central but not for food. Atmosphere was lovely

    Had a nice time But it would have been nice if the servicer tol us what was on the sandwiches etc and what kind the cakes we had
