With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Nieves' culinary journey has taken him through prestigious kitchens such as Del Posto and Gabriel Kreuther in New York, NY, as well as Rella and Snug Harbor in Rochester, NY. Experience Chef Cruz working hand-in-hand with the Char Culinary & Beverage Team to deliver a pairing dinner you simply cannot miss. 8 Courses each will be paired with wines. Gather at Hattie's at 6pm and Dinner will commence at 6:30pm in the City View Ballroom. Dinner will conclude around 9pm and after dinner drinks will be available in Hattie's.
