Great cocktails, steaks and desserts. The seafood entrees are wonderful. This time I enjoyed the lobster bisque and seafood pan roast. There is a nice selection of wines by the glass as well.
Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Our server, Blair, was great!!

- Arrived 15 minutes early to our reservation, were seated 10 minutes after reservation time.
- Server was polite but when requesting certain liquors and beer selection, server did not know what they had available, nor tried to find out for us. We are easy so we just ordered anyway.
- Tomahawk for two was cooked perfect, but was barely enough for one but was advertised for Two.
- King Crab legs were good but we had to ask for clarified butter and a crab fork. Shell was cracked but you still had to work for the meat.
Overall experience was ok. Restaurant was Clean, good ambiance, but the food is what we came for and it was a huge let down. For the cost, we left unsatisfied and still hungry.

The food was excellent as it always has been on each visit. Cody, his team did an outstanding job providing perfect service as a team. Because my wife needs a special diet it took extra time to make sure that order was done properly. Everything we asked for was done timely as the food was astounding. The steaks were excellent. Will be back in three weeks on another visit staying in a different hotel but we certainly will be coming back to Charlie Palmer for at least one meal while we’re there.

The food was very good. It took a long time due to the kitchen being at less than half staff. Forrest and other wait staff were very gracious and accommodating. We had a great experience overall.

First time but not the last time at Charlie Palmer’s! Had gone to the Beefsteak event a few months back and decided to go to CPs for a birthday. Julian provided excellent service. The food was amazing…great filets, shrimp scampi add-on was tasty, French onion soup was fantastic. We had fries and sweet potato casserole for sides…that would be the only ‘negative’…fries were under cooked and the casserole was way too sweet. But again, I’ll be returning and highly recommend for a special night out!

The quality, taste, and ambiance at Charlie Palmer Steak always delivers. Saw the current Wolf Pack Fridays promotion at GSR - 35% off before 5:30 PM on Fridays at most GSR restaurants wearing UNR gear. We seemed to be the only diners getting this awesome discount. Making the evening even better was our pleasant waiter Erewyn. He made sure our experience was top notch. You can tell he really enjoys making sure diners have a good time. Everything was wonderful!
