The food was excellent as it always has been on each visit. Cody, his team did an outstanding job providing perfect service as a team. Because my wife needs a special diet it took extra time to make sure that order was done properly. Everything we asked for was done timely as the food was astounding. The steaks were excellent. Will be back in three weeks on another visit staying in a different hotel but we certainly will be coming back to Charlie Palmer for at least one meal while we’re there.

The food was very good. It took a long time due to the kitchen being at less than half staff. Forrest and other wait staff were very gracious and accommodating. We had a great experience overall.

First time but not the last time at Charlie Palmer’s! Had gone to the Beefsteak event a few months back and decided to go to CPs for a birthday. Julian provided excellent service. The food was amazing…great filets, shrimp scampi add-on was tasty, French onion soup was fantastic. We had fries and sweet potato casserole for sides…that would be the only ‘negative’…fries were under cooked and the casserole was way too sweet. But again, I’ll be returning and highly recommend for a special night out!

The quality, taste, and ambiance at Charlie Palmer Steak always delivers. Saw the current Wolf Pack Fridays promotion at GSR - 35% off before 5:30 PM on Fridays at most GSR restaurants wearing UNR gear. We seemed to be the only diners getting this awesome discount. Making the evening even better was our pleasant waiter Erewyn. He made sure our experience was top notch. You can tell he really enjoys making sure diners have a good time. Everything was wonderful!

They want 5 of us to sit in a booth, they quickly rectified the situation and comped our first round of drinks. The food was great, service was good and the setting was very good.

Seated promptly at 5:00 PM, important as we had tickets for a show at 7:00. Waiter was friendly and helpful and assisted by numerous staff. Food arrived as ordered and was very good.
The price is quite high but expected in a high-end steak house.
I would choose Charlie Palmer Steak again.
