Timing was poor all night and service was just off. Wasn't busy and we were over an hour and a half with huge gap between appetizers and mains. Server was trying but either he didn't tine the order well or the kitchen messed up.
Seafood tower was great but filet overcooked. Wasn't a terrible meal but also wasn't a Charlie Palmer meal.

The steak was horrible. Burnt, very tough. The mushrooms were very small in a tiny bowl and cold. The baked potato was not bad but bland. The only good thing was the wedge salad.
Getting our food was slow, but the waiter was very pleasant. We will NOT eat there again and we have eaten there many times over the last 15 years.

Had a great dinner experience at Charlie Palmer. We started with the ahi poke appetizer which was recommended by Erewyn. My husband ordered the rib eye, my 2 boys ordered the A5 and the wagyu burger and I had the sea bass. Everything was cooked perfectly. Erewyn helped us pick the perfect cabernet to go with the steak. He also was so knowledgeable about the food prep and what makes each dish so special-especially the house made chocolates. Thank you for making our dinner experience wonderful!

Charlie Palmer's is a top-notch excellent Steakhouse. My only critiques are that it is overpriced and they are constantly all over you taking plates and asking questions. Sometimes you just want to relax without a waiter and others constantly rushing you.

Friday night, 5pm reservation. Sat on time when arrived. Great service from Erewyn. Top notch server in my girlfriend and my opinion. Hot hand towel was unexpected and welcomed. Food was amazing. Really good place to go on an anniversary/special occasion/or just a night out to treat yourself to a luxury meal and great ambiance and service.

The appetizer was cold and only had 3 scallops for $27. The filet was a little dry and slightly too marbled with fat. I was quite dissapointed.
