Welcome to Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar, a premier restaurant located inside the $550 million entertainment district, The LINQ Promenade. Opened in 2014, this 12,000-square-foot super venue features a semi-private dining room, enclosed upstairs lounge and two patios, one on the first floor and a second with a picturesque views of the promenade and the world’s tallest observation wheel, The High Roller.                                                                           Restaurant very busy. 10 minutes passed with no water or even being greeted. We were somewhat in a rush which didn’t help matters. Took a long time to get our food once we ordered. All would’ve been fine had we not been in a rush.

                                                                          Our server said there was cheese on the nachos when in fact, it was cheese and cheese sauce, which was kind of gross. The food was mediocre at best best overall.
