Che Ah Chi is inspired by seasonal ingredients and modern American cuisine. Dishes are sourced from local and neighboring organic growers, artisan cheese makers, sustainable fish traders and ranchers to create an uncomplicated, yet sophisticated menu.     The service was extremely slow. We had to ask multiple times for water refills and for a spoon to stir our coffee. We started with the tuna tartar which was amazing! We then ordered the persimmon and burrata salad and a margarita pizza. The burrata was not good and the tomatoes in the salad were not remotely ripe (and no they were not persimmons). The pizza was extremely limp and soggy. I returned my pizza but my mom doesn’t like to complain so she kept the salad. In place of the pizza I decided to try the wagyu burger with truffle fries which was really good.

    Most amazing view and service and food. The ONLY reason we gave a 4 for food is we were expecting more of a corn chowder w lobster roll, but it was still delicious. We should have asked for salt on truffle fries. Side Salad was generous but bowl too small to distribute dressing… but overall amazing!

    Great views of the canyon. Excellent service. Good food. We came here after hiking and had the lobster roll with the corn chowder and wagyu cheeseburger. The corn chowder had fresh grilled corn. Yum. The wagyu burger was juicy and the lobster roll tasted fresh. I had the espresso martini for a picker upper and it was so good. Would have loved to come for dinner but they book quickly.

    Fantastic views, excellent lunch menu. I had the lobster roll with corn soup and my husband had the wagyu hamburger. We finished the meal, and then went for a hike down Boynton Canyon. It was a perfect way to celebrate a birthday.

    Unbelievable dinner. Cannot recommend enough. We will be back. Everting was 10/10, food, atmosphere, views, music.

    We had an amazing time at this beautiful restaurant with great red rock views. My Indian style loin of lamb was delicious. The pork belly and my husband’s strip loin were also delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and the harp guitarist was great. An all around sublime evening. Highly recommended.

    Awful. We were never served even though we were seated outside first, and the servers waited on two parties that came afterward. When asked why we had not been served, a waitress said she saw we had been there for a while but assumed we had been served. She saw that we were seated with the menus open and had nothing on the table, but she never checked. We had planned to stay in the resort, and I am glad we did not if this is how the establishment treats its patrons. What a miserable experience. Do better. Train your servers to check on all your patrons, not select some and leave others waiting.

    Everything about this dinner was amazing! The view, service, and food. We will be coming here every time we come to town! Highly recommend!!
