    The staff was second to none. From the owner to waiter bartenders and support staff really took care of our party of 16 which is not easy to do in NYC around Christmas time. They didn't rush us but also kept us on track so no one was left sitting around hungry. We never waited for a drink and their recommendations were spot on. They were flexible with the menu and made sure everyone had something they liked. They went above and beyond to get the kids ice cream and just make sure our experience was excellent. Our family had an amazing time and we will absolutely be back!

    This was a wonderful surprise discovery-the restaurant is easy to miss - located on 8th Avenue, I've passed it many times and never noticed it. But inside, it is cozy, comfortable and spacious -and the food was DELICIOUS and FRESH. A pure comfort food restaurant-I'll come back again.

    Found this place on a google map search. And what a wonderful find! It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We had family visiting from out of town and it had a wonderful warm ambiance and the food was spectacular!! Loved it and will definitely come back!

    Chelsea Ristorante did an incredible job coordinating our group. We had a very last minute need for a table of 13 on a Thursday evening. We accidently booked for the incorrect day and they moved us to the correct date easily. The food was delicious and the price was great for NYC. We will be being business guests again in the near future.

    The gluten free pasta was severely undercooked, the risotto was flavorless, the waiter never came back to the table for refills. The pizza was good. Would not recommend for the price

    Chelsea is our neighborhood staple! The food is consistently delicious, the staff is super friendly and we always have a great time chatting with the bartender! If you’re in the neighborhood, definitely stop inside for some amazing Italian food and good conversation.

    Had a really nice lunch at Chelsea Ristorante. Good range of the classics and a nice setting. Enjoyed and would definitely return. Felt like a slice of Italy in New York.
