   It was actually a nice experience with the spring special menu. Tastes are balanced, not too salty sauce or too sweet for desserts. Especially love the starting bites, flavorful bonito dish, plate cleanser sorbet, wagyu (sauce is terrific) and the two dessert dishes (beautiful Sakura mousse and tasty coconut Paris Brest). 7-course portion is big for me. I will go back for 4-course in the future.

   I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The food was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. Each dish was a delight to both the eyes and the taste buds, making the meal truly memorable. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth and professionalism added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

   Frist time trying Chez TJ and we loved the experience. My wife loved the vegan tasting menu that featured a variety of vegetables and tasty sauces. Attentive staff made the experience that much better.

   Food was excellent and the servers were super friendly. The quail was the favorite. Only downside was there was this super loud obnoxious customer. We could hear his full conversation as he talk about his VC business deals. Servers were super nice and moved us away from them which i greatly appreciated

   Wonderful dinner, exquisite food as in the past. Wine pairing was overpriced. The "low-end" wine pairing for $175 plus about 30% equates to about $75 per glass of wine. The wines served were good but not that high end.

    Absolutely amazing experience. All of the food was superb, plate after plate. The presentation was fantastic for every plate. The service was very very good as well, and all of the staff were very nice and accommodating.
