   I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Chop House, and I can confidently say it was a standout experience from start to finish. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and comfort, and the menu offers a well-curated selection that showcases both creativity and culinary precision. What truly elevated the evening, however, was the outstanding service provided by our waiter, Nicko. In an era where hospitality can sometimes feel transactional, Nicko reminded us what true service looks like: intuitive, gracious, and deeply human. I would return for the food alone, but I’d especially come back for the service. If you visit, ask for Nicko—you’ll be in the best hands.

   The food was amazing, our server Jose did a great job explaining the menu and recommended some great options. The entire staff was on point. Not very many options for kids but we all ate well and had a great time.

   We were in town to see La La Land at the Auditorium, which was wonderful, and was capped off with a perfect dinner at Chicago Chophouse. Iiayna took care of us from the start by welcoming us, asking about our day, coaching us through drink selection’s, appetizers, and entree options. She and the Chophouse team were superb and the steaks were the best we’ve had from high end steakhouses. Thanks Iiayna and team!

   Great dry aged steak- the best. Excellent sides. Our server was Grace- terrific. We will be back.

   Chop house always provides a high service level with outstanding food quality and consistent menu items. Wine list has a very good choices for all investment levels. The only criticism is pace of meal. The meal was rushed but now a days most restaurants are timing the meal for efficiency.

   Quintessential Chicago steak house….exactly what we wanted! Had a perfect, quiet table upstairs by the window. Service was outstanding and food was great too.
