Chicago Cut Steakhouse is one of Chicago’s most iconic dining experiences in a city that boasts dozens of options for steak-centric dining. Our downtown Chicago steakhouse offers guests a selection of signature, USDA-certified prime beef that is hand-cut and dry-aged on site. Our curated menu also features fish, shellfish, chops and a selection of unique side dishes and appetizers. In addition to delicious martinis and specialty cocktails, Chicago Cut offers a wine list with more than 600 bottles that has been highlighted Wine Spectator, the world’s leading authority on wine. Our dining area features a lively bar scene, vibrant red velvet banquettes and spacious dining tables, private dining options and beautiful, sweeping views of the Chicago River. In the warm months, we also open our sprawling outdoor dining patio, which makes Chicago Cut an excellent spot for an outdoor brunch, lunch or dinner reservation along the river.

    We had an amazing time at Chicago Cut Steakhouse. My husband had taken me for my birthday. Parker was wonderful! He was very attentive. The food was delicious! We had the Porterhouse for Two, the whipped potatoes and the brussel sprouts. We will return next time we are in the City. Thank you Chicago Cut and thank you Parker!

    Hosted a small business dinner here and while the final bill was a bit higher than I anticipated I will say that the food was excellent and everyone enjoyed their meal, so mission accomplished. The whole place was decked out for Christmas and so festive. It was packed on a Wednesday evening so while the vibe was very energetic it was not overwhelming at all. And the staff was great. I would go back with my husband next time we’re in Chicago.

    Our first time and it was a great experience. Food is phenomenal and can't say enough about our waiter, full of energy and enjoyed his craft. We will be back in the future.

    This place was rockin. There are a ton of staff, and the restaurant was loud, but in a very good way. I went with my 9yr old son. I knew a place like Bavettes would not be ideal, somwhere that is super quiet and intimate. We felt like celebrities at Chicago Cut. They have a great bar section, as well as an awesome outdoor seating area. I wish it were warm enough to sit outisde right on the river with the city lights. I'm sure its amazing. My son and i split the 35 day dry aged, 32 oz porterhouse. It was amazing. The inside seating area is a bit tight. My son backed his chair into the person behind him a couple times, but again, everyone in there was like just part of the party. From what i found looking around, i thought the porterhouse for 140 was actually a great value. Overall, I a very happy, the staff are super attentive to the tables. There are managers all around as well supporting the room, having good conversations with people. Maybe not the best environment to take a lived one for like a super intimate, about to pop the question type spot, but that is not what we were looking for. Lots of parties of 4 and 6 where everyone was having a blast. Cheers
