Chicago Cut Steakhouse is one of Chicago’s most iconic dining experiences in a city that boasts dozens of options for steak-centric dining. Our downtown Chicago steakhouse offers guests a selection of signature, USDA-certified prime beef that is hand-cut and dry-aged on site. Our curated menu also features fish, shellfish, chops and a selection of unique side dishes and appetizers. In addition to delicious martinis and specialty cocktails, Chicago Cut offers a wine list with more than 600 bottles that has been highlighted Wine Spectator, the world’s leading authority on wine. Our dining area features a lively bar scene, vibrant red velvet banquettes and spacious dining tables, private dining options and beautiful, sweeping views of the Chicago River. In the warm months, we also open our sprawling outdoor dining patio, which makes Chicago Cut an excellent spot for an outdoor brunch, lunch or dinner reservation along the river.

    Cenamos en año nuevo y fue perfecto. La carne es de muy buena calidad, la atención es increíble y el ambiente fue el ideal para recibir el año nuevo. Se alcanzan a ver los fuegos artificiales desde el restaurante. Gran experiencia!

    Chicago Cut Steakhouse always provides an incredible experience. From the kind and prompt service, delicious food and beautiful ambiance, it’s all around an amazing place to visit. Our server Julian provided us with so many helpful recommendations, which we tried and were absolutely delighted (Nueske bacon triple-cut appetizer, center barrel cut filet and chocolate cake). We also had the grilled mediterranean branzino, whipped potatoes, brussel sprouts and mac’n cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection and so flavorful. The portions were huge and the brussel sprouts were the best we have ever eaten - the bacon and maple syrup added the perfect mix of sweet and salty. The service was one of the best we’ve ever had. We were there on New Year’s Eve so it was packed, but no one would have ever guessed based on the high level of service. Our water glasses were always full, and we ordered two bottles of wine for the table and never once were our glasses empty thanks to Julian’s attentiveness and care. The live music also added a really nice touch. Overall, absolutely amazing experience! Thank you so much to Julian and the team at Chicago Cut Steakhouse!

    Food was amazing and our waiter hands down excellent. Everybody who works there are definitely synced together. We will definitely come back!!!

    So warm and festive. Always great service from Hostess to Servers. Enjoyed a great night with great people and incredible food and cocktails. The Best Place!
