Chicago Cut Steakhouse is one of Chicago’s most iconic dining experiences in a city that boasts dozens of options for steak-centric dining. Our downtown Chicago steakhouse offers guests a selection of signature, USDA-certified prime beef that is hand-cut and dry-aged on site. Our curated menu also features fish, shellfish, chops and a selection of unique side dishes and appetizers. In addition to delicious martinis and specialty cocktails, Chicago Cut offers a wine list with more than 600 bottles that has been highlighted Wine Spectator, the world’s leading authority on wine. Our dining area features a lively bar scene, vibrant red velvet banquettes and spacious dining tables, private dining options and beautiful, sweeping views of the Chicago River. In the warm months, we also open our sprawling outdoor dining patio, which makes Chicago Cut an excellent spot for an outdoor brunch, lunch or dinner reservation along the river.

    The night was better than expected. Have never been here but will go back if in town again. Only thing it was very loud so hard to hear.

    The Holy Grail and Branzino were delicious! I highly recommend both for any steak and seafood lovers. I can’t wait to go back soon for special events.

    The food was delicious but we will return because the service was amazing. We walked in and everyone was so attentive, friendly and Scott was beyond accommodating with impecable service!

    Crab cake app was 34 dollars and I’d say that’s high. It was good, not amazing. one for 34 is high. The ribeye steaks were great. I was fine with the price because the quality was great. Sides are meant to be shared but not quite big enough. Brussels sprouts, broccolini, and mash. Good, but a bit small for sharing at roughly 22-25 bucks a piece. Drinks are overpriced. There is zero way around it. I always get cocktails and these were ok in taste, strong, but not worth 25 dollars a piece. I would probably choose a different upscale steakhouse based on the overall value offered. Although, that’s not to say Chicago cut steak isn’t delicious.
