The staff was great! We were very pleased to see the house soup, salads, and desserts were included with all entrees as a special they had going. As it got busier, the staff clearly became overwhelmed and our server did apologize and explain they were never that busy. Must have been the special they were offering but this cause my and my wife's steak to come out lukewarm. They were perfectly cooked and we didnt want to risk waiting another 20 minutes for them to come back out. They did not have a cocktail list, extensive alcohol and wine list but my manhattan came out watered down and sweet. Other than that, great experience

This place is hot and cold. We ordered the seared tuna and escargot apps and both were fabulous. My husband said his filet was “super tender but highly underseasoned.” I got the cowboy ribeye (at our servers recommendation) and it was so tough I could barely cut it! And also, no seasoning. For $75/steak, I expected much better. We will not return for Steaks. There are plenty of better places to go. But if we only wanted cocktails and apps, we’d probably revisit the bar. Our server, Erin, was FABULOUS! So if you do decide to try it, definitely ask for her.

Always a great experience here. You can tell the difference when you’re in a family owned and operated establishment. They serve the best steak in the area by far. Service is excellent, staff is incredibly friendly.

Being New Year’s Eve (after 8:30 pm), the service was only fair. We waited far too long for the waiter to show up and to place our order. The food was good but pricey. Once we’d finished our meal, we enjoyed hanging out in the bar to see the New Year in. We will give the place another try on a “normal” night.

Four of us went to celebrate NYE. You have to expect being crowded, but it was hard to even navigate through the restaurant since it seemed they added more tables to handle a large crowd. We sat at the bar before dinner, and the bar only had two bartenders. They were very courteous and trying to keep up with all the people ordering food at the bar, but there were no servers or bussers to handle the crowd, so getting drinks at the bar and during dinner took quite a bit of time. The restaurant seemed understaffed for NYE. Food was good, we had crab legs and steaks. All were cooked and presented well. There was a NYE menu which had prices approximately 15% higher for the same food that you could order any other evening. For example the “cowboy cut” ribeye was $86, and normally $76. My wife ordered 1lb of crab legs, normally they are $45 a pound, which is what I was told the night before, we paid $65 lb. That’s a 44% increase. Secondly, all dinners came with a cup of soup. NYE had shrimp bisque as the only option. My sister-in-law is allergic to shrimp and no other option was available, so we paid $12 for French onion. I would assume that a restaurant of this caliber would have alternatives or at least offer to substitute. Neither were offered. Our server was a very nice man but he was so over whelmed with tables it was hard to get his attention. Paying the bill took 15 minutes. I don’t fault him, it was the situation he was put in since they were under staffed for that size crowd. In summary, we didn’t feel the cost of the dinner equated to the experience we had.

It was New Year’s Eve so they tried to pack as many as possible. The tables were so close together that our server had to squeeze by to place our orders. They were short staffed so we had to keep reminding our server about our order. Our server thanked us for our patience & offered a slice of cheesecake. We declined, but being New Years & having to wait until our dinner was served before getting our drinks; he should have just brought it. NTS drinks and steaks were good; they need to update the place & turn the lights up.
