   It was our 1st time at the restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. As soon as we got to the door we were greeted with such a warm reception. The service was 10/10 & the food was 11/10. The value of the meal was also 10/10. We will definitely be back!

   Attentive service and good selections from the HH menu. Ordered a couple of tequila pineapple, gin & and soda, and a house red. Shared a bunch of appetizers with friends - the steak bites were my favorite, and so were the mushrooms & goat cheese dip. My go-to place to meet up with friends.

   We would’ve said better fr service… the server was new, but very nice and had help from another server who was great… but he spilled my wine when pouring and didn’t offer to get more… then coincidentally my friend spilled her wine a bit and funny that then the other server knocked her glass over too… all funny and everyone was good humoured about it. We only each had a glass so we thought they’d compensate us since both servers spilled but nothing… no refill or compensation. Otherwise, food was excellent.

   We love the quality of the food for the price. Great service. Our server Cody was amazing and made our night out enjoyable!

   Steak is a bit over cook. Environment is nice and peaceful. Good service.

   Good food, especially the prime rib! I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, hoped for something special, perhaps a message on the dessert we ordered, but there was nothing. Probably will sway me towards a competitor for birthdays.

   Server was attentive and understood we wanted to chat with our friends but also had a flight to catch at YVR. He insured we had our order in before the rush. The food was exceptional. We had lunch and had the salads with protein as well as two lunch combos. There were 4 of us. Wine was good and everything was reasonable. Menu ranged from $$ to $$$$ for lunch which provided a nice range of foods. Second time there. Had a great time the first visit so decided to go a second time and take friends there during their layover to their final destination. Everyone loved it.

   Fabulous service and very good food. We had several different cuts of steak and also two seafood dishes. Good draft beer selection too. Booked a private room for work and we really had a lovely evening. Thanks to all the staff at Chop Richmond.

    Everything, starter, appetizer, wine entree, wine on the table within 20 minutes. The foods eventually became cold. The sirloin steak was medium well not as we ordered medium rare. We finished in one hour not quite enjoyable, totally messed up my anniversary dinner. The worst experience in Chop.
