Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night! Chop is located near the Vancouver International Airport and beside the Sandman Signature hotel. We’re only minutes from the River Rock Casino Resort and the Vancouver Skytrain.

    Chop has ample parking available directly adjacent to the facility. All parking in the surrounding hotel is completely free for 3 hours upon license plate registration at one of the kiosks in the parking lot. Handicap parking is also available immediately in front of our restaurant near the entry.

    - Richmond Center: Bay 9, catch 410 22nd Stn or 405 Cambie; arrive at Cambie Rd. at No. 4 Rd. Walk east until St. Edwards Drive, turn north to Chop.- Bridgeport Station: Bay 5, Catch 407 Bridgeport or 430 Metrotown Stn; arrive at Bridgeport Rd. at No. 4 Rd, Walk south to St. Edwards Drive, turn west to Chop.

    The Lounge - Come on in and soak up the vibrant upscale urban setting as you enjoy your favourite selections of classically influenced hand crafted cocktails, notable wines, and locally brewed premium beers. While kicking back with your favourite libation, enjoy the trendy sound system and friendly hospitality of our cocktail servers. Chop’s lounge is a favourite place for groups to come together and meet for lunch, after work or kicking off the evening. At Chop we’re celebrating Happy Hour in our lounge from 3pm to 6pm and again at 9pm to close, seven days a week! Enjoy enjoy snacks of small plates that you can mix and match and find your new favourite bar drink with our $5 drink specials. Smart casual is the name of the game when it comes to dress code – come to see and be seen!

    Our waitress was very patient vs the time I went here on a date night. Prime rib is a must, absolute better than The Keg. Steak oscar was delicious as well, very tasty, love the extra flakey salt added. My sister had the salmon from dine out and it was salty on one end but not on the other end.

    Steaks were perfectly cooked. We were disappointed the prime rib was sold out but it was a later dinning time. Hopefully will get to try it in our next visit

    I prefer this pl over the keg for steak although no free bread. Seating in booth was comfortable but u can see the wear and tear of the seats.
