Sushi shares the menu with dry-aged steaks at this bustling, warm-hued chophouse. Chops is proud to present the best in "in-house" dry-aged Prime, American, certified Japanese, and Australian wagyu steaks for less! With over 100 whiskey selections, along with a 350-bottle wine list, creative craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic selections, Chops pays homage to the great American steak house.

Valet parking is available behind Chops City Grill off of 8th Street. Limited parking is offered behind the restaurant, but there is also a free parking garage located on 8th Street and 4th Avenue South for additional parking options.

Incomplete parties will not be seated, so please arrive together. If you anticipate being late, please call. Parties arriving more than 15 minutes late may experience a seating delay.

Only service animals are allowed; pets are not permitted.

Bar opens at 4:30pm and dinner services starts 5:00pm

    Chops doesn’t disappoint! Went for our Christmas Birthday celebration and it was amazing. The food spectacular, the wine superb and truly our professional server Angela was THE BEST! Thank you for making our evening a special memory!

    We were a party of 6. 2 orders were the $50 pork chop. They were well done and hard to cut. We sent back to the kitchen. It took another 20 minutes to get our Pork Chops back at that point, the whole table was finished eating. It was awkward at that point to eat our Pork Chops, but when we cut into the new ones they were rubbery too. The manager refused to come to the table, as we were told he was upstairs, however we saw him at multiple points around the restaurant. Think his name was Joe Columbo. l Sorry, used to be good, but with customer service like that from a manager, rather go to another restaurant on 5th.

    My food was cold. Sent it back. Got it back and it was marginally warmer, but still not hot. I ate some because I was hungry- had the rest boxed to go. 2 hosts checked on me and I told them both food was cold, and they apologized but not one cent was taken off the bill or a complimentary drink given. I’m not a picky eater or a complainer but when I’m being charged a lot for my meal, I expect my food to be hot. Partners meal was ok, certainly not as cold as mine. Will not be returning.

    We visit Chop City Grill at regular intervals. We love the bar for its tenders and good pours. The chopped wedge salad is our favorite and Waygu beef is phenomenal. From the front of the house to conclusion, guests always receive full attention and care.

    We had our Christmas Eve dinner here. We were a little worried because they were not ready to seat us at our reservation time and it was very busy so we had to wait about 20 minutes. Once we were seated we had terrific service and an excellent meal. This restaurant is a new favorite and I would definitely recommend. We all had steak and sampled a bunch of side dishes. The steaks were to die for - perfectly cooked - and the sides were all absolutely delicious.

    Christmas Eve was extremely busy, so there was a wait on our table even though we had a reservation. Aaron was our server and was exceptional! The food was delicious and worth the wait. We had a wonderful time!

    Frankly i expected more. Yes it was expensive but that’s not the issue. The grouper dinner … sucked. 2 slabs of dark fish meat on top of each other. Waiter told me that’s how Grouper is…. I am a fisherman… I know fish. My wine order was upsized … waiter told me the mistake… and then charged me. Reservation seating was 40 min late. If I was late would they hold the table ? Take my 50 deposit? Then waited 30 min after meal was done to get my bill. Not happy. The restaurant owes me an hour 1/2 of my time. Doubt I’ll be back.
