   We had a lovely lunch with Mark our server adding so much more than just taking our orders. Truly he's a gem, just like this restaurant is. Great Tuna Tartare and wow wow wow for those purple chips. We'll be back soon

   We went for brunch on Sunday and it was a lively place with a band playing outside. Not our first time there, and it is a neighborhood gem. So far, we tried their croque monsieur, burger, steak frites, short ribs but the most delicious plate was the boeuf bourguignon do try it! Service is quick and they have indoor and outdoor seating as well. Nice French restaurant add it to your list.

   Amazing service and great food. It is so lovely to sit outside and enjoy the music while eating the most delicious, fresh French food. Service was prompt!

   As we sat down for lunch at noon inside , I mentioned to the waiter that this was my “cantine” . I eat there regularly with friends and I find the food good and honest and mainly the location very convenient. We were 3 for lunch. Around 1.10 pm I asked for the bill, paid it. A few minutes later, I asked the Frenchman behind the bar if I could have a cappuccino. To my astonishment , he simply refused saying he needed the table . We had been there 1 hour and 15 minutes! I find this attitude appalling! There are a lot of good places on Fillmore and I am taking my business and that of my friends elsewhere .

   Super friendly staff and service was fantastic. The cauliflower soup was amazing! Love that they made it vegan with no cream. Thank you! I would have given 5 stars for food but there was one exception - the quiche - less gruyere- it overpowered the egg flavor and made it just a bit more salty than it should have been. It was however very fluffy so that was nice! But I would have cut back on about 1/3 of the gruyere. We will be back!

   Great little place! A dear friend was moving to the east coast and we needed a brunch spot in the area that opened earlier than the usual 11:00 start time of most restaurants. I'd seen this place for years but never eaten there. Found out Chouquet's opened at 10:00 and made a rez. We got there early and they very graciously seated us, and got us mimosas while they finished setting up. Allowing us to spend a little extra time with our friend and have a relaxing start to the meal. Service was friendly, attentive and professional from start to finish, including taking a group photo of us. Food was very good. Nothing life changing, but nicely presented and prepared as you'd expect. That's not what they're going for anyway and honestly I liked that they're very upfront about that on their website. Atmosphere is casual and "intimate", with tons of light coming in the windows so it kind of felt like we were outside, just warmer. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.
