   I Love Christiana Campbell’s Tavern. The food is delicious. Fresh and so flavorful! We had the garden salad and crab cakes!!! Delicious. The sweet potato muffins and spoon bread are a real treat! Our waitress was so courteous and friendly. It is a must when we come to Williamsburg!

   We have eaten at this restaurant on previous Williamsburg trips and enjoyed the meal and the experience. This time the food was fine, but honestly nothing special. My crab cakes had pieces of crab but too much filler and not what I would expect in this type of restaurant. Our server was disinterested. She never asked if we wanted another beverage from the bar and didn’t fill the water until the end. She was very prompt with the bill and wanted paid quickly. Tavern dining is more about the ambiance…but again disappointing. We were in a back room with little to see and tables on top of one another. I would not choose this tavern again.

   Our server Stephanie was absolutely fantastic! She felt like a friend more than a server. The food was excellent and we got good entertainment as well. Overall, I loved everything about my time at this tavern! Highly recommended!

   Not great. Our history indicates that they’ll be out of things in spite of it being a minimal menu. Over priced for what you get. Yeah, we go when we’re here because ‘we’re here’, but we don’t set our expectations too high.

   Everything was excellent. The food, ambiance, service, but Emily our waitress was absolutely amazing! What a great asset to the restaurant. Well worth the visit. Will go there again!

   Always a treat when in colonial Williamsburg. Good traditional food. Live entertainment. A little noisy but it provides an idea of a typical tavern of that time.

    I took out of town family there to experience the ambiance of eating in this Colonial Williamsburg tavern. The food is overpriced and the taste is mediocre. Our waitress was harried and very unprofessional as she was serving. She calmed down after her tables were served and was more cordial. I was disappointed that the "real" 18th century Christiana Campbell's owner did not give the talk about the tavern. This was done by our waitress. I will not be taking any more guests to the Williamsburg taverns. It just isn't worth it.
