A Minneapolis metro favorite, Ciao Bella was opened in 1997 by Minneapolis restaurateur Rick Webb, whose pursuits have set the standard in Twin Cities dining for over 40 years. Heading downtown?         I would’ve given it a five star restaurant except for the noise. It is a very noisy restaurant. Everything else is five star.

        We had reservations for 8:30 and did not get seated until 9:15, and we arrived at 8. Waited in bar until table was ready and had horrible service. All was great when seated but should not have taken so long. We saw multiple people get seated before us. Don’t take reservations if you don’t honor them.
