    I know what I’m for here and that’s good food and great service. Literally amazing service every time I go: pre-2020 to date; amazing people and performance. The food is always good and no complaints but I go here for consistency of service with food to that leaves me full and satisfied

    Not as good as it used to be. Food was served cold despite one of our dishes being severely overcooked. We have come before when the restaurant is much much busier and had great service. Our visit the restaurant was maybe 30% of capacity. Maybe the staff was just gassed from the holiday rush prior?

    We enjoyed a wonderful meal. The dining room is so inviting and the window seating over the falls was spectacular . The staff is always fantastic. Both the service and food were amazing, as always!

    Our meal was delicious and the service was excellent. We were seated promptly. The restaurant was very accommodating with regard to where we were seated. A real negative, however, was the awful, blaring Christmas music! We could barely hear each other and found ourselves almost yelling to be heard. By the end of the meal, we were exhausted by it. I don’t understand why restaurants play songs with lyrics. Music should enhance the ambiance not agitate it. Instrumental music, including seasonal soundtracks, at an appropriate volume, would have created a much more pleasant atmosphere.

    Excellent Christmas dinner with friends. We all had difficulty hearing one another talk but we are older. Beautiful setting. Our waitress was pleasant and patient when it took one of our group a while to order. That was very kind and much appreciated.

    Mix up on our salad order. Prime rib tough - like it was microwaved to heat it up. Vegetables (carrots and green beans) totally undercooked, like raw veggies. Had to use butter knives for meat and Prime was tough. It was Xmas but for $130.00 should be so much better. Waiter tried.
