Clos Maggiore is an oasis of calm in the heart of Covent Garden. Influenced by the stylish country inns of Provence and Tuscany its unique interiors create a warmth and intimacy enjoyed by both business and private parties. The conservatory has a fully retractable glass roof creating a bright and airy dining space. Our extensive cellar at Clos Maggiore includes over 2,000 labels and was extended earlier this year to include an additional 400 wines at a low – mid price range. We are very proud to have been awarded the “Best of Award of Excellence” consistently since 2003 by Wine Spectator.

    Clos Maggiore offers a stunning contemporary take on modern European cuisine, the decor and atmosphere being inspired by the sophisticated country inns of the South of France and Tuscany. Details Pre-Theatre, dining experience of 1 hour 45 minutes. Available Monday to Sunday 5pm to 5:45pm. - 2 course set menu including a glass of bubbles at £32.50 per person, excluding discretionary service charge at 12.5% - 3 course set menu including a glass of bubbles at £39.50 per person, excluding discretionary service charge at 12.5% - 48 hours cancellation policy from the date of booking, cancellation this period will incur a charge of £40.00 per person to the card provided. - We welcome children above the age of 14 years.

    My daughter and I had a very enjoyable evening together being wined and dined with delicious food and drink. The atmosphere is intimate and cosy which enabled us to have a good catch up. My only slight complaint was that we were sat near their hatch door which meant I was in a chilly draft all evening. Thank you chef and staff.

    Excellent ambience within the restaurant, albeit I did not make it very far in as was placed on the first table by the entrance. Food was excellent, as you would expect/want for the price point, albeit the menu was very limited. I was surprised to see that the vintage of the wine I ordered was different and was more surprised to understand that the restaurant was attempting to seel a 2018 vintage of a Bordeaux at the same price as a 2015 (a far better year). This seemed inappropriate.

    Overpriced but I had many overpriced meals in London, this one at least tasted good and ambience was lovely. Very quiet which rarely happens

    We went there for pre theatre dinner, and it exceeded all of our expectations! Beautiful restaurant, truly outstanding service, amazing food and all for a very reasonable price!
