    Our family of 4 spent a few hours at the Christmas market before eating dinner. We were seated near the kitchen and washrooms, when the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. There was a cold draft that could not be explained because we weren’t close to any door. The server was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. However, he seemed stretched in serving what seemed like half the restaurant. We were served our drinks and he said he would be right back. He didn’t come back for our order for another 15 minutes. Two tables came and left before we got our mains. The food was amazing, other than the ratatouille kebab and bouillabaisse which a bit over peppered. We agreed that for the calibre of restaurant, service could have been better - manager, plan your table service coverage better.

    Delightful experience. A nice respite during the busy Winter Market. Service was top notch - Anil was the perfect host/waiter. Food was delicious, hot and served in a timely manner. At other places we tend to spend a lot of money on mediocre food. Happy to pay a little more for top notch food and service at Cluny. Def worth it. We will be back. Thx Anil!

    Went during annual Winter Village on Boxing Day. Reservation saves you the entrance fees and entrance line-ups. Together with the excellent service and food, the visit was well worth it. We even stayed for the awesome desserts to avoid the crazy crowds in the Distillery streets. Yum!

    Arrived at the restaurant a bit earlier and asked if we can be seated early. Hostess wasn’t friendly although there were TONS of empty tables. We asked to wait at the bar since NO TABLE is available and right away she said it’s also unavailable despite there were multiple empty tables. After we made a comment that there were so empty seats, then she got us a table at the bar to wait for our table. Very UNFRIENDLY hostess! I expected from an establishment at this price point!!

    Monk fish was really good but the black cod did not work. The lentils were off putting because they were still hard. The black cod was a beautiful cut and cook but the fish was not sufficiently seasoned. The black cod was very bland and needed at minimum more salt. Tenderloin quality was okay. The outside was very overcooked compared to medium inside - not sure if meat was too cold before it hit pan? Overall a good experience but the food preparation technique can be improved. The ingredients were of good quality. Loved the vibes and hot chocolate was great.

    Food was completely forgotten about for literally over an hour. Our server Mike was a gem, and loved his energy! He did he best, but the mains being forgotten about was really bad..
