    Service was very poor and rushed. Starter was dumped on us before we received our drinks. Onion soup was good but all other food was terrible. My wife’s steak was overcooked and second one was uncooked, very rare. Because of this we ate separately as I was finishing dinner as she was gust receiving hers. Terrible experience all around and will never return.

    Our server Mike was extremely personable. Our 3 food orders appeared together, and only one additional item was late and had to be re-requested (bread & buttery). Tuna Nicoise main was good; tuna was seared perfectly and salad was dressed to correct level. However, green beans were a bit undercooked - too crunchy to pass as ‘al dente’.

    Very few menu items without eggs. I have an egg allergy, therefore not much to choose from on the menu.

    Usually we have wonderful experiences here. Last night server was slow, food was cold, ordered steak which had butter on it that didn’t even melt so it was a cold butter on the side. Escargots which is also usually great tasted a bit fishy not fresh. Server did not pay much attention seemed overworked.

    We ordered the bread basket, shared an onion soup and ordered steak frites and black cod in papillote with spicy curry and lentils. The food was good and well presented. Wait staff is friendly and professional.

    Food was good overall, except for the fact that someone in our table ordered medium rare but the steak given was closer to rare and the pork chop that we ordered was still a bit raw in some parts. The time it took to receive our food also took a while, we waited around 25-30 mins. It also took some time to get the server’s attention to get the bill.

While we are delighted to hear that overall our food was good, we are saddened that we did not quite hit high on our Nagano Pork Chop as well as the speed of our service. We assure you that our Chef and her team put a lot of care and consideration when sharing comforting and delicious cuisine.
