Blake and staff we're awesome and added to a phenomenal dining experience. The fillet was above and beyond and by far the best that we have ever experienced, it was delicious.

The Thanksgiving holiday dinner was very good with the appetizer table and the culinary section as the standouts. The serving meats were not even warm but well cooked. The side dishes were lackluster outside of the mashed potatoes and the dessert selections were not very strong. The pumpkin pie and the dry crusted other desserts were weak. There was no apple pie, no whipped cream or ice cream. Thanksgiving is an American holiday and there should have been an apple pie. There wasn’t cake to be seen. It was such a poor ending to a part of Thanksgiving that everyone loves to incorporate as their favorite day of feasting. I expected more even though I gave it 4 stars.

I have gone to either the Thanksgiving and or Christmas buffet at Coast for many years. This years Thanksgiving buffet was “okay”at best. For the very high price, $155.00 each, I would have expected a lot more selection and better quality of food. I hope “okay” is not the new standard at the Ritz Carlton AI.

The setting and service was good. The salad and seafood was good, deserts were mediocre. Drinks were good. Bread was poor.

Food was ok. Tasted the soup before we ordered it - and then didn’t order it Rolls were not hot or warm Quilt wine $99 at bottle GREAT red wine ! Apps had cerviche was tasty but not the normal presentation Barratta salad also ok Husband ordered seafood - was ok I ordered shrimp & pasta was ok

Breakfast brunch buffet is always fabulous here! Anything and everything you could want. Our waiter was extremely slow. Disappeared on us for long periods of time. Other than that, we enjoyed it.

Underwhelmed. Food was missing salt but then also weirdly spicy. The service was good and tried to make up for it but just wasn’t suitable for a Ritz.

The fresh oysters were amazing - did not like the cooked ones at all - pickle butter is not my topping of choice on oysters. They did take them away and bring me more raw so that was nice of them. The red fish should have been amazing, but the okra was just gross and the tomatoey sauce overwhelmed the taste of the fish. Very disappointing. Dessert was lovely, crème brûlée is hard to beat. Overall it was the least appealing meal that I have paid that much money for in ages. Stick to the steak.
