Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana," and fresh seafood specialties.

Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

    Highly recommend making a reservation. We did and walked right in for our table on time. This is a busy place and I can see why. The food was amazing, staff goes above and beyond and not to forget the decor. Everything was beautiful!

    Great lunch with family we coordinated to meet at tbd restaurant. We were out in a small alcove with out table as it was great. The waitress was great as well.

    Everything was top notch from Danica’s service to the delicious food! Don’t miss the 1905 salad and the paella a la Valenciana. Second time for me to have the ropa vieja and I’d eat it again on my next visit to FL.

    Food was good, my family enjoyed it. Alexis from Bahamas was our server and she made our dinning experience amazing.

    The food was outstanding as always. It was hard to pick. They did run out of my first choice, but I was not disappointed at all in my second choice which I did have a hard time deciding between. We sat in an alcove on the second floor which made it quiet, but I wonder if that led to service being lacking since we were out of line of sight. Took forever to get our hot Cuban bread which they are know for. Also we were not checked on for drink/water refills often. Our entrees came while we were finally enjoying our bread. But the entrees were worth the wait! Will DEFINITELY return. So many things on the menu I still want to try.

    We had a great server. Food took quite a while to come out. They had a big banquet or something the server said. The tapas was cold. Seems like it was sitting for a while before we got. The entree was good. Deserts good. Been here several times so I’m assuming having too much going on in kitchen played to the slight lower quality of food.

    A very special restaurant. We were seated upstairs and had an early dinner reservation (5:15) so the restaurant was not crowded yet. The white sangria was fruity and delicious. Of course we started with the 1905 salad that Martin our waiter completed tableside. My husband had the filet, which was tender and cooked to perfection. I wanted to try dishes that I don’t eat everyday so I ordered three tapas dishes; empanadas, stuffed mushrooms and pincho mixta which was marinated meat on skewers. All were very tasty. We brought quite a bit home and will enjoy for lunch tomorrow. My husband loves bread pudding and he had to try it. It was served warm and was topped with chocolate chips and had a delicious rum and vanilla sauce. It was really a lovely evening.

    If this had been my first experience at Columbia it would have been my last. I’ve eaten here several times and it has always been wonderful. This trip was awful. The steak was over cooked twice and the third attempt of macaroni and cheese was inedible. The service left a lot to be desired. Our servers had a major attitude and we had to ask for basics several times

    It took more than 20 minutes after being seated for our server to come by and bring water. Our food came at the same time as the warm bread that was promised when we received our drink order. The bread was worth the wait.
