Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana," and fresh seafood specialties.

Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

    Sunday night and the place was jammed! We only waited 10 minutes past our reservation time, though, and were seated upstairs by the bar, a quieter and nicer place than on the main floor. Service was fine despite the crowd, with waters and drinks and awesome hot bread served epeditiously, until we finished our meal. The plates were cleared and we requested the bill only to wait over 15 minutes when one of us got up and found help. The manager did help around the same time as the server finally showing up. I would go back, but perhaps another less busy night or for lunch.

    We had a reservations at 4pm for 8 people and we didn’t sit down until 4:30. Our server was very nice. Our food though, came out cold. We waited for about 45 minutes for our food to come out and it seemed like it was sitting for a while. It was cold and asked for the runner to heat the rice but it still came back cold. I did ask for the crème brûlée but they were out already at 5pm. It was a disappointing experience for a Columbia. We have been to most of them through the state and this was the most disappointing. The food was flavorful and waitress was nice but not attentive.

    I had the shrimp salteado, which was delicious, and my husband had the pollo manchego, which he enjoyed. We also had a glass of Sangria.

    Very disappointed on the proportion of the salad. Never order a salad combo, or salad entree. Big cut back.
