Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana," and fresh seafood specialties.

Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

The Columbia is located within walking distance of several historic landmarks including Castillo de San Marcos National Monument (the oldest masonry fort in the United States), the Spanish Quarter, Flagler College, and Casa Monica. There are many museums to see, including the Museum of Weapons and Early American History and the Old Florida Museum.

The restaurant was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our waiter was very prompt and gave great service. The food was delicious especially the salad sangria was full of fruit and very refreshing.

In my opinión it is the best restaurant in historic area. It was completly full but very fast and efficiency ; everything on time. I recomend 100%

The Columbia is always an amazing dining experience. My party made a reservation because it was the Saturday before Christmas, and I'm glad I did, because I heard a hostess state that the wait for a table was an hour and fifteen minutes! That being said, even with out 1:30pm EST reservation (and admittedly, two people in our party were 20 minutes late, due to ridiculous St. Augustine parking), our party did not receive our food until nearly 3pm. It's probably the longest I have ever waited for our entrees. Our waitress was lovely, but the hostess who sat us was very obviously quite sick. She looked like all she wanted was to be in bed, and as a mother, I'm actually quite concerned about her health! She couldn't even speak and was motioning to us where to follow her. I will forever go to The Columbia,but note to self: going during the holidays is going to slow the service. Praying that your sweet hostess feels better soon and got some rest after that very busy shift. Also...food was EXCELLENT, as always. The gentleman working in the gift shop was also quite lovely and friendly.

La experiencia en el restaurante fue bien desepcional. En un fin de semana tuvimos almuerzo y comida porque la comida es buenisima pero el custumer service fue horrible, no amabilidad, se olvidaron del drink y nos dejaron esperar despues de estar sentados y tuvimos que llamar a la waitress porque no nos atendian por casi 15 minutos. Overall, desepcionada. Que pena.

The Columbia is always good, but it is VERY busy and also noisy at this time of year. But don't stay away; it is an excellent restaurant year round!
