Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana," and fresh seafood specialties.

Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

The Columbia is located within walking distance of several historic landmarks including Castillo de San Marcos National Monument (the oldest masonry fort in the United States), the Spanish Quarter, Flagler College, and Casa Monica. There are many museums to see, including the Museum of Weapons and Early American History and the Old Florida Museum.

We were seated in the Salon and it was a little loud - very busy night. Alexis took care of us and was wonderful - the food was fabulous too! Always a favorite place to visit when we are in St Augustine

Friendly service with a smile. We were seated right away. Food is always on point. When my spouse and I come to St Augustine, we always come to your restaurant.

Made this reservation in late November for 5pm, January 9th. The restaurant was not at all busy. We were put at a table that could not have been closer to the very noisy kitchen exit in the bar area. I would think this table was be the one that you would seat a late arrival who didn't make a reservation 40 days prior. We ordered an appetizer, a small 1905 salad and 2 entrees. The salad and app came out together which was not right. And before we were halfway through those courses, which should have been brought separately, with the app coming first and then the salads, they brought our entrees long before we were finished with the 1st and 2nd courses. By the time we finished our appetizer and salads the entre was cold. And I'm not sending my food back so "they can make it right". We asked to buy a loaf of their bread to take hone but never it saw after asking twice. I could see if they were busy and they needed to clear us out but this was not the case. Horribly noisy table and feeling like the food was being shoved down our throats was not something I expected. I've been coming to the Columbia for well over 20 years and this was not how I remembered it to be.

The food was fabulous. The server was ver pleasant. She answered our questions politely & was very very busy but still was attentive to us. I believe her name was Gina. She’s a hard worker.

Salad 1905 was excellent. Arroz con pollo rice was excellent but the chicken was not flavored. Eating the chicken with the rice was very good. The bread was a disappointment.

Flavorful dishes, attentive service, and the restaurant's charming atmosphere. The restaurant is often quite busy, leading to longer wait times. My advise: make a reservation, no matter the day of the week or the time for your visit.
