The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Experience the Fire of Flamenco!
Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    Got soaked in the rain on the way in from parking lot, a nice lady gave me a dry shirt to wear and said, put this on so you can enjoy the meal. Wow! The gesture and the dryness really made a huge difference. Thank you Columbia for your consistent deliciousness.

    Es un hermoso lugar, mucha historia y tradición, pero vigente. El personal superior amable, manejaron la reserva eficientemente. La comida deliciosa y abundante.

    A classic and historical restaurant to visit on a trip to Ybor City in Tampa. Semi-upscale establishment with moderately priced menu fare. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are perfect for a filling meal. First time dining experience and I will return again.

    The most amazing-looking place, plus fabulous food and service! Maybe the most fun place around with this combination. We both loved it and had a great time! Can't wait to come back and include the show! This place is a true treasure.

    Columbia is an amazing restaurant. Great food, great service and a fun atmosphere. Get there a few minutes early because the parking lots fill up so you may have to do a lap or two to find a spot.
