The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Experience the Fire of Flamenco!
Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    La atención fue magnífica, de parte de Joseph, pedimos de entrante el tapeo, los calamares no me gustaron mucho, las croquetas sí estuvieron muy ricas. La paella no me gustó, fue bastante decepcionante, la verdad fui a este restaurante para probar la paella “española”. De postre tuvimos churros tres amigos y estaban muy ricos, lo mejor de la cena.

    Great food, great atmosphere, fantastic service and very cool experience. Our server, Brittany, was phenomenal. She was attentive, quick service, and took the time to thoroughly explain the menu. We tried the 1905 Salad, Scallops, Snapper, Grouper and key lime pie. All were delicious! Our overall experience was great and would recommend trying it.

    Took family visiting from out of town for lunch. They thoroughly enjoyed their meals (salmon, shrimp, paella, Cuban sandwiches, all excellent!) and the experience. And even the non-salad eaters loved the 1905 salad! Never leave without a quick visit to the shop. Found some yummy and unique Christmas presents and stocking stuffers.

    We had out of town guests who love to make the Columbia one of their stops when they visit. It was a great time and even the other guests were friendly. The Columbia is timeless and beautiful and everything was wonderful, including our sweet waitress. It is more of an overall experience than a place to eat.

    One of the best restaurants in the US. Five generations of ownership creates a very special experience. So many interesting dishes on the menu! Every one I've tried was delicious. The cocktails menu is equally interesting and the mixology works for me. Take your family and friends here for a great dining experience in one of the most interesting establishments in the US. It is a reflection of the fascinating history of Ybor City itself.

    We ate there for our Thanksgiving Dinner. Food is excellent. As expected it was very crowded and hectic and a bit loud. Again, all to be expected on a holiday.
