The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Experience the Fire of Flamenco!
Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    Great Thanksgiving dinner. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Would definitely come back again. Thank you to all the workers for being there for us.

    Great meal and service as always! Addison was our waitress and was amazing. Love the new guava spritzer drink on the menu.

    Columbia is our special place to eat. We reserve it for special occasions. We had. 3:30 reservation on Thanksgiving and it was very crowded and parking was difficult. All the handicap parking was full and we had to park at back of lot after circling for a while. The lobby and outside was full and it took awhile to get my husband inside to find a place to sit down while we waited. We were seated about 15 minutes after our reserved time. The service was good but food a little slow to come out. My steak was excellent but yellow rice and plantains were cold. I think we will skip going on holidays.

    The Ybor Columbia is one of my favorites! This time we tried their Thanksgiving dinner, everything was delicious! Our waiter Luis P was great! It was a very happy Thanksgiving! Thanks Columbia!

    Wonderful traditional Thanksgiving meal with all of trimmings. Every component was flavorful and the portions were ample. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our waiter, Ali, was jovial, attentive, and efficient. The restaurant was very popular, so that increased the noise level, but we were still able to converse. The ample staff was very efficient at turning over tables once emptied, but in no way rushed us. Very pleasant meal, and we appreciated that all of the restaurant staff gave up their Thanksgiving to make ours better.

    This is our 4th year in a row having our Thanksgiving meal at The Columbia. We really enjoy the Thanksgiving dinner and the pitcher of sangria. However, this was the first year my husband wasn’t able to swap one of his sides for something else. He was cut off immediately when he made the request and was told no. It kind of dimmed the mood for a moment…as we were used to them always so accommodating to us in previous years. It was such a shame, they chose to waste some of the food over letting a customer get what they want, but oh well. Overall, everything else was perfect. We will definitely go back next Thanksgiving and continue our tradition.
