Copley’s is an award-winning restaurant serving American cuisine infused with hints of tropical and European flavors. Located in part of the former Cary Grant estate in the heart of Palm Springs, guests experience an upscale and inviting dining experience either outside on the patio with stunning mountain views or by enjoying the friendly atmosphere indoors. Executive Chef Andrew Copley has an extensive 20-year culinary background at five-star restaurants and hotels across the world, and is well known for innovative dishes such as Asian Spiced Barramundi, Charred Berkshire Pork Chop and creative nightly specials.                                           It’s always an awesome experience- we love taking our out of town guests and sitting in the courtyard. The ahi tuna special is always yummy and the Caesar salad as well. The skies were especially gorgeous last night as we were dining.

                                          stunning venue and food was great really eclectic menu that honoured the ingredients. Bar service was a little slow and welcome lacking but server was great food was amazing and there was no wait on dishes. There was a big party which seemed to have taken over the restaurant stressed staff and made things a little hectic but was a first world problem

                                          Food was good. Waited 35 minutes before getting a drink. Way too long. Food was good the server was nice enough. Overall good but slow.

                                          Dinner was fabulous. Great food, drinks, desserts. Waiter so friendly and knowledgeable. Only issue was cocktails took forever & ever to get to the table. Best dinner I had on vacation.
