Copley’s is an award-winning restaurant serving American cuisine infused with hints of tropical and European flavors. Located in part of the former Cary Grant estate in the heart of Palm Springs, guests experience an upscale and inviting dining experience either outside on the patio with stunning mountain views or by enjoying the friendly atmosphere indoors. Executive Chef Andrew Copley has an extensive 20-year culinary background at five-star restaurants and hotels across the world, and is well known for innovative dishes such as Asian Spiced Barramundi, Charred Berkshire Pork Chop and creative nightly specials.                                           We had some issues with the food we ordered and our server was more than accommodating. They did a wonderful job of making it right for us. We had the lobster Mac and cheese and it was phenomenal! The soup of the day was cream of mushroom with a truffle oil and it was to die for. Definitely check them out.

                                          I went on open table's reservations for Valentines day and made a reservation. I looked at the menu and it looked fine. It said nothing on open table about a price fix menu. When we arrived there was only a price fix menu for $99. per person. It was a limited menu and the food I ordered was not good enough to be worth $99. Only the dessert of which there was only one available was price worthy. I would not go back again as I consider it price gouging.
