Copley’s is an award-winning restaurant serving American cuisine infused with hints of tropical and European flavors. Located in part of the former Cary Grant estate in the heart of Palm Springs, guests experience an upscale and inviting dining experience either outside on the patio with stunning mountain views or by enjoying the friendly atmosphere indoors. Executive Chef Andrew Copley has an extensive 20-year culinary background at five-star restaurants and hotels across the world, and is well known for innovative dishes such as Asian Spiced Barramundi, Charred Berkshire Pork Chop and creative nightly specials.                                           Soothing ambience, delicious array of food, solicitous service = delightful evening with good food, good friends, good conversation . Indoor, as well as outdoor in a lovely courtyard with gas warmers burning brightly .

                                          We found the physical atmosphere at Copleys to be lovely and charming, with variety of zones and seating choices. Our waiter was friendly and well informed as to cuisine and the history of the restaurant. Our food was a disappointment all around. Beef choices were notable, with a tough NY steak, short rib. Salmon filets were good, but rather ordinary. We will give Copleys another chance.

                                          We are foodies and think Copley’s is the best dining experience in Palm Springs! It’s a beautiful setting and the food is consistently great which is very hard to achieve. Also easily the best NY Strip in PS. Love the creative drinks, starters, salads, seafood choices & delicious desserts. Also like the new menu items this season. Shannon is always a pleasure and expertly manages and reservations are always on time despite how busy they are. Amin always provides impeccable service - as well as the hard working attendants where you never have to ask for anything. We appreciate Copley’s continued high standards of quality and service.

                                          We love Copleys. Our server Alex was amazing. It was our guests first time and they loved it. My only criticism was there was only one soup and it had cream and red peppers in it which I can’t eat. Being a cold evening I really wanted to start with something hot.

                                          The food was excellent, great short ribs. While our wait staff were all super friendly, it was obvious they were spread thin. We did have to wait for things. My only reason though for not giving full stars: this was a very upscale restaurant, therefore I was quite surprised when the only non alcoholic beer available was o’douls. There are so many craft NA beers out there and they chose the worst one for their offering. Therefore I just had water which lessened my enjoyment for the evening. Otherwise it was great.
