Copley’s is an award-winning restaurant serving American cuisine infused with hints of tropical and European flavors. Located in part of the former Cary Grant estate in the heart of Palm Springs, guests experience an upscale and inviting dining experience either outside on the patio with stunning mountain views or by enjoying the friendly atmosphere indoors. Executive Chef Andrew Copley has an extensive 20-year culinary background at five-star restaurants and hotels across the world, and is well known for innovative dishes such as Asian Spiced Barramundi, Charred Berkshire Pork Chop and creative nightly specials. About six years ago, we decided to make Copley's a part of our anniversary tradition because of the exceptional service, the delicious food, and the inviting atmosphere. We hope to continue this tradition for many more years to come. A special thank you to our professional waitstaff, Victor, who managed both indoor and outdoor dining with ease."

                                          Unless you can secure an inside during winter months, dress warmly to sit outside. No amount of portable heaters will keep you comfortable, and the food turns cold within minutes. We also thought the food quality had fallen off.

                                          Lovely experience at Cooley's, the outside area is really atmospheric, but wear a warm coat as it still, even with the heaters got a bit chilly. (November)

                                          We had a wonderful server by the name of Grace. She was friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable about the food and drink. We absolutely loved the ambiance, and the food was outstanding.

                                          Another great meal at Copleys. A favorite restaurant for special occasions. Prime filet and Lamb T bone were fantastic. One of the most flavorful lamb dishes I have ever had. Husband had to tomato bisque soup and I had the Cesare salad which I love. Topped off the evening with the famous date pudding snd ice cream. And finally our evening couldn’t be any better with Chad as our server. We have been requesting Chad for a number of years. Chad never disappoints.

                                          Wonderful good and lovely atmosphere! My husband and I were in town for medical conferences and able to make a reservation on open table without problems. Wait staff were very attentive. We both had seafood dishes that were cooked well. The fried Brie salad was delicious and the toffee and date sticky pudding is a must have for dessert!
